Déroulement du spectacle :

L’équipe Accueil vous accompagnera dans les gradins jusqu’à votre emplacement.
Le spectacle étant entièrement porté par des bénévoles, les pourboires ne sont pas acceptés.
Il est interdit de filmer la représentation (sauf autorisation préalable).
Les photos sont quant à elles autorisées mais uniquement sans l’utilisation du flash.

En cas de pluie, nous vous remercions de ne pas utiliser de parapluie afin de ne pas gêner la vue des spectateurs assis derrière vous,
préférez plutôt un vêtement de pluie.

Le spectacle se déroulant en plein air dans un site parfois exposé aux courants d’air nous vous conseillons de vous habiller chaudement.

En cas de fortes intempéries, la décision d’annuler la représentation revient au metteur en scène après consultation des responsables techniques. Cette décision n’étant prise qu’au dernier moment en fonction des prévisions météorologiques, nous vous invitons malgré tout à vous rendre au Spectacle Historique. Toutefois, si vous préférez ne pas assister à la représentation et que la séance n’est pas annulée, sachez qu’aucun report ou remboursement ne pourra être demandé. Si nous ne pouvons garantir le bon déroulement de la représentation, notamment pour des questions de sécurité et de confort pour vous comme pour nos bénévoles, l’annulation sera alors décidée et les modalités de reports de places ou de remboursements seront annoncées au public ou en nous contactant au 01 64 33 02 26.

How the show unfolds:

 The Reception team will accompany you from the stands to your location.

As the show is entirely carried by volunteers, tips are not accepted. It is forbidden to film

the performance (except with prior authorization).

Pictures are allowed, but only without the use of flash. In case of rain, we thank you not to use an umbrella so as not to obstruct the view of the spectators sitting behind you, rather prefer a rain suit. As the show takes place outdoors in a site that is sometimes exposed to drafts, we advise you to dress warmly.

We remind you that plaids and ponchos are on sale, if necessary, on site.

In the event of severe inclement weather, the decision to cancel the performance rests with
the director after consultation with the technical managers. As this decision was only taken at the last moment depending on the weather forecast, we still invite you to go to the Historical Show. However, if you prefer not to attend the performance and the screening is not canceled,
please be aware that no postponement or refund can be requested. If we cannot guarantee
the smooth running of the performance, in particular for questions of safety and comfort for you and for our volunteers, the cancellation will then be decided and the modalities for postponing seats or refunds will be announced to the public or in contacting us at 01 64 33 02 26.
